LicensingSystem provides software licensing and portal access for engineering plugins. This policy describes how we process personal data when you browse the public plugin showcase or submit an access request.

Data we collect

• Contact details you provide in an access request (email, name, company, organization name, optional comment).
• Product selections included in your request.
• Technical data such as a hashed IP address and CAPTCHA verification metadata for abuse prevention.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to review and fulfill access requests, operate trial organizations where applicable, and protect the service from abuse. Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) when you submit the request form, and our legitimate interest in securing the platform.

Retention

Access request records are retained for as long as needed to administer your account and meet legal obligations. Rejected or superseded requests may be kept for audit purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting the address shown in the site footer.

Processors

We use infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare) to host the API and static portal. Data may be processed in the EU/EEA or other locations according to their terms and applicable safeguards.
